2013 Resolutions - still time?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

With just a few weeks left of 2013 do you still have time to achieve your resolutions for this year?

Whether it was a Fab/swing resolution or more of a life one, how did you do and what do you still need to do?

I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours.

We resolved to get out and about more, we failed miserably.

On a personal note I wanted to lose weight. I am three pounds lighter than this time last year so you could say I've achieved it but I would've liked to have lost a bit more.

Well done on the weight loss.

Did you really fail to get out and about more? On the weight loss principle if you managed one more than last year you have succeeded.

We've only had three meets this year, all our own fault. We joined a club last Christmas and haven't been back since. We are hoping all that will change next year though.

I don't want to know about that. It's way too early for 2014 resolutions. I am still working on my 2013 ones.

Cheers. I havent noticed a saving in money but enjoying playing 1st team sport is good, playing at a level I havent before and holding my own. Thats why I did it, not the best of reasons.

Silliness aside, I didn't have a new year resolution for 2013 or if I did, I can't recall what it was. I have one for 2014 though

All my silliness aside: giving up smoking for so long is an excellent achievement.

Keep you 2014 stuff for those threads. I'm interested in the final sprint for 2013.

Resolutions are nonsense.. They delay what people should do now! So many years I used New Year's Eve to try and quit smoking. But you have built it up so much in becomes this mountain.. Already by setting the resolutions you build up failure.

Do one now.. Not tomorrow or New Years ! It's the secret power of now. Not smoked for 4 years using this method.

Congratulations. I see resolutions as a strategic plan with targets.
