Unsmoked fat on as long is its crispy.
None of that paper thin pre packed shite either. Proper bacon from the butchers I worked in. Also middle cut is amazing but not often you can get it nowadays. Morrison sell 'Ayrshire' middle cut bacon which is amazing!! |

Apple wood smoked bacon, fat on, grilled til the fat is crispy but the bacon isn't cremated, has to be english, from the butchers, thick cut......not that I'm fussy! |

Fat on only if its real crispy if it's not I'll pull it off. Thick sliced preferably from a butchers if I can get it. Tastes so much better and you don't get all the water coming out either. Not to forget hp sauce. |
