In my experience: men!
My playmates are mainly fit, toned, athletic types. My special playmate is a marathon runner, but to a man they pull themselves apart! They worry about their bodies not being firm enough, abs not defined enough, cocks not big enough etc!
I on the other hand suffer from body dysmorphia as when I'm naked with a hot man between my legs my saggy, wobbly, droopy, big bits disappear and become perky and taut until he's gone lol!

It's a tough one, I would probably say women, however they do have more of a support network and it is the norm for them to accept it whereas men are expected by their peers to cope with it.
Iis strange though that a lot of women percieve body beautiful as being achievable by denying themselves (ie, food groups) wheras with a lot of men it is putting themselves through physical exertion rather than what you eat...
