We've got Sportsperson of the year on Wednesday night. However, I think the Fab awards are more important!
What I was thinking was we could work out 6-7 categories and then email our nominations to some prominent forumite who then puts a post on so we can vote.
However, rather than vote on the forum, it is by secret ballot with the same forumite who is willing to handle it all. If it's done in the forum, then all that will happen is people voting for whoever they think will be pleased with them.
Anyone up for this? Anyone want to volunteer to collate it? I don't mind, but don't want to impose.  |

just for ease of the organiser to collate the votes, would it not be an idea for everyone to vote on the catagories, and for the organiser to come up with, say, 5 names in each one.
that way at least you font get hundreds of different names for each one. |

Ok I will take a look at this thread for ideas for categories, NOT taking a vote on categories, but I will bear in mind the consensus from this thread, there will be 10 categories, you can vote for who you like, but only one vote per category, I will drop filters and blocks during voting time. I keep a record of votes separately, of which NO ONE, apart from myself, will be privy to until the results are announced. I will announce 1st 2nd and 3rd in each category.
