Strange question but I need to know if an IS10 form will be available there.

I've received conflicting information from two sources that should know.

Feel free to pm if you can answer the question but don't want to do so in public.

I believe it should be sent to you in the post, unlikely that the Jobcentre would have one x

As far as I am aware IS10 is not downloadable or available at JC so either phone your local DWP number for IS or the 0845 for claims good luck x

DWP claim to have sent one twice now, the last one on 27th Nov. No form has arrived.

This close to Christmas I am getting a bit anxious about getting everything sorted out.

I called this morning to request a form be sent again but I'm not hopeful I'll actually get one so I'm trying to find another way.
