Crispy Bacon (grill or oven it). melted cheese (microwave for 10 seconds or so). Red onions, maybe cucumber and tomato sauce in a part baked baguette finished off in your oven, dont be shy with the butter.

It looks fiddly but its not and well worth the effort

its got to be with a fried egg and brown sauce and sometimes a slice of cheese under the bacon MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maple smoked bacon, grilled crispy, multi grain bread with tomato & lettuce... it makes me feel better that there is veg involved!!!!
