Bought a great big rump steak today foe dinner bit got nothing to go with it.
What should I go for?
The low carved in me should go for something like cauliflower cheese or roast squash etc

Got to be chips and cook the steak nice and rare so blood makes the chips go pink. Yum!  |

Dice some potatoes, lightly drizzle in olive oil just enough to coat. Salt, and garlic and Rosemary. give a good shake and roast at 220 for 30 minutes
Serve with green beans  |
