To get back to my goal weight before I return to work in April.
To attempt to become more tolerant of my ex (even though he's a cunt) because I still let him get to me and it makes my life miserable.
To try and make a bit more time for myself. |

You could do yourself a basic SWOT analysis - a bit old fashioned but it's useful for getting thoughts down. Might add some focii. |
