When my brother was travelling the world in the 70s, he wore a T-shirt I had made for him. On the front it showed a rainbow, and on the back the text "May your coat be lined with sunbeams". People kept nicking it, I sent him several, to Nepal, Africa..., and in the end I made him one with a rainbow and the text on the back said: If you see this T-shirt without my brother in it, please send it to ...[and then our parents' address in Holland].
Wherever he sat down for a drink or a meal, people would ask him to stand up so they could read the bottom half of the text. He still has that one |
