I've bought a butternut squash from Bury market. I'm going to make Butternut Squash risotto after work and a rhubarb crumble if I have the energy.
If not it will be freezer surprise!! |

I tend to dine out most nights. But, when really pushed, I'm also a talented chef when required eg. anything from "Waitrose Entertaining" which requires Gas Mark 190 degrees for 45 minutes, plus a glass or two of icy Montrachet |
