it was just the hot water tap creating the problem for me. i thought it would be the water pressure etc etc, or even the boiler. as said, it turned out to be a plain old washer on tap needed replacing. easy peasy lemon squeezy. all fixed now  |

Something with the tap s working parts, they fur up with scale etc so they don t open fully replacement workings about £30 for two, if its the washer pennies,, |
