Time to get the christmas tree out the loft!! Even better knowing il be at work while they put it up soo itl be all pretty n lovley when i get in :D

Ours is up (well as many of the branches as will fit in that space )

and decorated Now I'm just waiting for a man, to put me some lights up (no not looking for volunteers )

Not this year. Christmas will be very low key this year.

I can't afford tree, stand, decorations, lights etc. all in one go either. And with two fluff-for-brains cats, I would be asking for trouble. Oh and I also don't have space, (partly because I still have boxes everywhere).

New house and kitchen extension works to start soon will almost certainly mean my Crimbo dinner will be Pot Noodles.

Any ideas for a Christmas menu that can be cooked in a camping stove?

Several people have posted they'll be alone for Christmas. Set up a meet for Christmas dinner

I know the sort you mean. I won't be decorating or overtly "celebrating" Christmas this year though. Even if I felt like it, which I don't, it would probably upset my parents unnecessarily.
