Leeds.

There was a great Scottish band called Goodbye Mr Mackenzie. Their first album was outstanding. A certain Shirley Manson was a backing vocalist in the band. She went on to front Garbage (but you already knew that).

And the guitarist used to be in The Exploited (without the aid of Google )
