As I said before I wouldn't go anywhere near a 60 year old. Something about the thought makes me sick. Although there is a hottie on here in we 60s. So it confuses my mind a bit there  . If I just wanted sex from the relationship age doesn't bother me and my age range is 19-late 50s. If I wanted a romantic relationship it would be 19-28/29. Either way I think you're stunning and wild love some fun with you. |

If its not a silly age gap like 35 years. Then the rule half your age, plus 6 or 7 should be a good factor on how young you can go. So 40 year old and 27 year old shouldn't seem that bad. |

True, but if you're that young yourself you have to be careful as people look a lot older these days. Secondly how can people say there isn't an attraction if they block age groups? So obviously age does come in at some point. |

Seriously though its not the age as much as the maturity that bothers me personally. There are some 60 year olds who are attractive in my opinion and some 20 year old who aren't.
It all depends on the chemistry both physical and mental but thats just my personal view and each guy is different |

I am 43 and have been with a 23 year old who was more mature than a 43 year old I was with. It is all about perception of the person and what you expect of them.
Some guys and girls act immature and others act mature. The choice is yours |

I'm 41 and for me I find that my FB offers a vibrancy and energy that you don't get from an older woman, but at 24 she still lacks that maturity, and can still be quite giggly, but once past that giggle stage it's awesome |

Of course age comes in to it if people don't want to get jiggy with someone the age of their children.
Some, a few, young people have a great deal of maturity but a lot of us simply don't want to wade through sorting the large quantity of chaff from the wheat.
Plus most of us want experienced partners, not youngsters who need to be nurtured and taught. Again, a few young people are great lovers but when there are so many guys on here, again, why put in so much time and effort to find them.
Women on here have a lot of choice and we have to do something to narrow it down and going with our preferred age range is one way.
Also, I know from experience that young guys are more likely to message under the influence of an erection without reading profiles, be crass and think they are something special because they are young. They want spontaneous meets because they are horny now. Blocking young people prevents that, at the small risk of missing a gem.
Oh, and don't forget, young guys are also less likely to be able to accommodate and unable to afford to split hotel costs.
Ultimately a lot of women just don't want the hassle of dealing with a lot of young guys just to find the few there is an attraction with, who don't behave like immature asses and who may be a decent fuck.
But, as already pointed out, this thread is about what ages men prefer so this is all entirely irrelevant to it. |
