So I'm on the bus with my two toddlers , they we're very giddy and being little imps.
A lady was sat opposite us who may I add looked around ten years older than myself.
She was laughing at the imps then looked at me and said " it's hard work being a grandma isn't it"
I think the looked on my face said it all!!
So you can all do you're best to cheer this old bird up   |

well, having been one of the lucky ones to have seen behind the tinsel, i can honestly say the woman has no idea about recognising age on someone lol.
that said, a little granny fancying would end the year lovely lol |

I had the opposite .. imagine my sons face when the people doing his girlfriends 4d scan thought I was the pregnant girlfriend. I wasn't sure whether to be flattered or insulted.
My son was horrified and quickly pointed out that I was the soon to be grandma. |

People always assume when I go out anywhere with my dad one of us always feels the need to make a comment to confirm we are father/daughter not sugar daddy/gf! Lol it's quite sad really!?  |

I had a woman come to my door selling sky t v. She asked me if i. Had any small children wen i sed my kids were 26and21 she sed that i didnt look old enough. That she thort i was only 36 . I felt great as im 48 but the great feeling didnt last long as. In nxt breath asked me to read something as she had forgot her glasses i wantd to slap her lol x  |
