What food do you have to have when you are poorly?

For me it's hot (sugar free) ribena and cream of tomato soup (has to be Heinz)

Gutted as we were meant to be going tithe German market today but I'm all sniffly and creaky voiced so we are staying in

I'm going to be in a different room today. I will wear a face mask and gloves when I enter the room.

God she's such a drama queen!

It's exceptionally good for you, low fat and very nutritious. Add plenty of fresh black pepper to help raise the body's core temp and kill the virus off...

Soup, buttery toast and eggs seem to feature on most peoples top picks when it comes to poorly food, I wonder if this is a childhood thing, or the body naturally being drawn to sources of fat and protein when full of germs?
