"Me too its crap"
Ive got up had a wee. Made a glass of squash now laid back in bed and im sure its not going to be anytime soon I fall back to sleep.
I feel totally away yet know if I dont sleep ill be in a foul mood all day at work  |

I thought I would log in and find a middle of the night post already in mid flow... but no !!
Seems no one does them on a sunday night.
Im sure if I put my phone down curled up all snug, that I would get back to sleep, but that akarm clock is going to go off in just over two hour's aghhhhh  |

I think i have recently become nocturnal for some reason...no explanation behind it....sleep pattern just completely flipped round.....i have to work in the days though....so i end up sleeping very little.....i feel for you!!! |
