Love Heather Smalls voice. With M People or her solo work. On Perfect Day she was just miles above the quality of any of the others. In my opinion any way.
And Karen Carpenter of course, the voice of an angel |

Amazed Celine Dions only been mentioned twice, her singing voice is absolutely stunning, I mention power a lot when I talk about great singers and she has it in spades. |
