my bath just won't stay hot long enough. I've already added hot water three times. I need some kind of device that keeps the water hot. like an electric bath or something |

You need some 1" heavy duty polystyrene, cut to shape of bath and upper body and hey presto, can keep a bath hot for longer, and soak for as long as you wish. |

"Close all the doors and windows. I do that. Then the dog opens the door and brings me a toy to throw for him, when all I want to do is soak, read and then nod off "
this except with a cat who wants to get in my bath, and tries to lie on me while I'm reading, |

Or ..... get some of that spray polystyrene stuff and completely fill the void underneath your bath.
Or ...... fill the void underneath your bath with old blankets, curtains, bed sheets, newspaper etc. |

my tap comes through at a temperature, I have the bath as hot as I can stand it but it soon goes cold and it's a new bath so hopefully not too much space under it, it's small enough as it is without wasted space |

I'm not sure id get in an electric bath!
For starters - water and electricity aren't a good combo - and wouldn't it feel like you were a lobster in a pan on a hotplate? |
