You could try Local Swingers but you have to pay...or just tone down your profile a bit, perhaps?

People getting lonely so join up but don't actually want to meet.

All other swing sites are the same, more social than meeting and full of time wasters. But it all depends how you describe time wasters. People who won't meet you or people that don't turn up
