I get really cold as out horse shows for hours and have loads on only way I can warm up after is a bath ........ Turmals help at times just got some pink ones , Tell you what can get socks you put in microwave, lol |

The key with socks is not to have them too tight - otherwise it affects the circulation and so you cannot sustain warmth. I wear 'slipper socks' from Joh Lewis. They are knitted with a fleece lining and have rubber nodules underneath to stop you slipping on tiled floors. They do just the trick. Even better to keep them on the radiator so that when you come home they are already toasty and you can slip them on and start warming your feet straight away. |
