Just asking,ive had a go this summer,only piri piri chillies,but they where nice and hot.

I tried growing them for the first time this year - in a pot on a sunny window cill and I got loads of little chillies which were far from chilly!

picked up some from a supermarket and popped them in the greenhouse..

been a bumper year and there are still some green ones left..

If you get 1 large red chilli and prick it a few times and place it in a small bottle of vodka. Leave it 1-2 weeks then drink it over ice and lime and lemonade!

I don't grow mine but make mean chilli oil.

Dried scotch bonnet flakes added to vegetable oil and some ground maggi cubes. I get the chilli and the spice. Leave it for least a month before use, constantly shaking.

Yep I've grown various types in the past. All been really good though some have been quite a bit smaller than other years. Will probably try a few again next year. Though I miss having a garden in which to grow peppers and fruit too. Just some of the things I wish I could have got.
