i keep moaning about it on a forum
you really do sound unhappy in your job and the only person that can affect any change in this situation is you. Either you stay and accept that things arent going to get any better, you stay and fight for something better (put in grievences etc wont be easy but if you like the work but not the practices its a pain you may have to face), or look for something else and leave. |

Just want to know when is it a bad day in work and over reacting to something compare with when its time to go. |

That's why I said "you know to quit your job when....". So how do you have to feel or what situations have to happen in order for you to quit? |

i wouldnt just quit my job without having anywhere else to go, no matter what was happening because i dont ever want to voluntarily put myself in the position of being on the dole and know a lot of people who did that and ended up out of work for a long time. |

I noticed a stain on the passengers seat, after questioning the young man I walked out with the same stain on my blouse

I can empathise with you on the job-front, I'm in a similar situation, so..
You know to quit your job when .......... You hate going in each day, you hate those you work with, you can't sleep on the Sunday evening because you know you've got to go somewhere you hate in the morning and do something you hate doing, you have another job lined up that pays more and you know you'll be happier in, or at least, not worse off. |
