Not had dinner yet.
Had some yummy poached eggs on toast for breakkie (eggs made in these wicked pods that you float on the water - FAB - everyone should have some).
One of the guys on this job is making Shepherds pie for tea for all of us - and he not a bad cook so look forward to trying it out
Can hear him chopping away now, lol.

me and the kids have got lamb chope with all the trimming and mint sauce
pete has got chicken breast with all the trimming but no mint sauce
might do a pub as well |

Had a wierd concoction, a sort of hot pot, a layer of minced beef, then a layer sliced boiled potoates then a layer of chopped cauliflower, then mushrooms topped with edam cheese. Tasty it was too! |

We've just had a mixed grill YUM.
I have squirrelled away some cadbury caramel biscuits which may make an appearance along with a milky hot chocolate and marshmallows later.
I'm loving the spring sunshine but am equally glad that it's still cold enough for a nice steaming mug of hot chocolate in the evenings. |

It was - i do a full roast sunday lunch every 2 weeks - i love putting together that meal althouhg i make tea every night (well nearly every night) - but its better on a sunday for some reason! Z |

Many yrs ago i bought a *frozen disabled Turkey* from farmfoods at a reduced cost.
Got it home and it was perfect...?????
