Pouched Plaice in Beurre Blanc
Roasted Brill Tronçon in Veirge Sauce
Baked Gurnard with Chickpea and Chorizo Stew
Hot Smoked salmon salad
Haddock en papiotte with musses of saffron, white wine sauce with roasted tomato's
Ceviche of seabass
Pan fried bass with potato scales
And Bouillabaisse with Prawn, Plaice and Red Mullet (Fish and Prawn Stew)
