i always talk to everyone the same way, and it has never sent me wrong yet.
never call a manager sir or madam, as that would elevate them above me, and no one is better than me, or you, so just keep on doing what you do. |

Mainly carpenters, sparks, plumbers and plasterers but if you were to turn up for a shift in a mini skirt no knickers and expect to do a bit of ladder work I'd just employ you as a motivation tool for the guys. The money's not great but they're are some perks |

although did call a gaffer a tosser.
didnt stay in that job for too long, but then it was when he was telling me he was letting me go, so all gravy lol |
