Yes in an ideal world they'd tell you that, but maybe they aren't good at rejection and blocking is the easy way out. |

Time wasting is when you arrange to meet, and someone doesn't show, and they haven't let you know they are not coming. |

How is that time wasting? To me a time waster is someone who arranges to meet you then doesn't turn up and lets you hang about looking like billy no mates. Never happened to me by the way but I make sure I get to know my meets well beforehand! |
