Are you a patient person?

I like to think I am but I fear at times I tend to get irritated...in my professional life I have oodles of patience, but not much otherwise.

I was going to ponder this question over lunch and then come back with a well thought out response based on an hour or so's careful consideration over coffee, cigarettes and a sarnie.

But then thought fuck it - so I guess.......

All depends on what or who I am having to be patient for. I can be very patient, or so impatient, I embarrass myself.

Patient until the person I am explaining things to will not listen to a full sentence or just stops listening completely.

Or if they dont have the common manners to pay attention.

Or if they are on the phone whilst they are supposed to be paying attention.

Perhaps then I am not so patient as I thought
