I'm dreadful - I don't trust my own judgements a lot of the time either. Always blame myself when something's gone wrong.... and then I ring my confidante and she tells me to stop beating myself up! |

I think I'm just about growing into myself now I'm quite happy with the person that I am, I don't find it hard to take compliments but I never quite know what to say when I receive one.

I think a lot of people can judge theirselves harshly. We all should love ourselves a bit more. I struggle with compliments but a wise person once told me just say thank you & leave it at that
