EasyJet have recently published a soaring increase in profits which they attribute to putting the customer first.
Conversely Ryanair have declared falling profits which they acknowledge as due to their 'aggressive' policy towards their customers, and have vowed to implement change.
So can other industries learn from this and will it herald a return to a time when the general view in business was ' the customer is always right '? |
