.... taste better with age, as in a few days old!

Made one for last weekend, and on Day 2 the biscuit base fell apart into crumbs.

Now it is a week old, it holds together and is yummy!

Off to have a little chunk for breakfast now!

i dont like baked cheese cakes but the non-baked variety with a nice buttery biscuit base mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Am in the safety of my shop today so half an hour away from that tempting cheesecake....the bad news being that I sell luxury chocolate in my shop so surrounded by temptation....how the feck can I diet working in here?

The ones I make do not involve baking, except for the biscuit base. Easy!

easiest ever lemon cheesecake recipe not involving any cheese !!

tin of evaporated milk put in fridge over night to really get cold ..whisk up in the mixer till is frothy and thick ,,melt a lemon jelly dont add water

add to milk then add the juice and grated rind of 2 lemons mix it all together pour over biscuit base .chuck in the fridge to set ..job done

okay... this is going to sound like a really stupid question......

I am allergic to cheese so is there some sort of cheesecake that doesn't have cheese in it... or some substitute...

Always wanted to try it.... i feel like i have missed out....
