Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'm not sure. What have they written recently? It would be awful if they looked like a pastiche of a pastiche of the old Monty Python.

Although there is plenty in the world to get angry about so that lend itself to some funny nonsense.

Some things are best left as they were , I feel the Python's should stick to writing , I would hate to see them embarrass themselves after the career they had .

They might remember the Inquisition though

Anyway, they probably remembered the inquisition - not expecting it was the issue.

But they used to embarrass themselves all the time!!

Go for it, I say - & there's talk of a new Python movie, also!

Cant wait!!

"We have a python called Monty living at our house, and he's a slinky star!"

You are lucky. We used to dream of owning a house.

We lived for three months in a paper bag in a septic tank. We used to have to get up at six in the morning, clean the paper bag, eat a crust of stale bread, go to work down t' mill, fourteen hours a day, week-in week-out, for sixpence a week, and when we got home our Dad would thrash us to sleep wi' his belt.

Brighton - even Hove!

I thought Spamalot was very funny so it proves they can write more recent stuff. If they come to Brighton, I might consider seeing them but not otherwise.

Well you were lucky, but we had it tough;when I were a young lad, we used to live in shoe box in middle of road & we had to get up half hour before we went to bed & lick the road clean!

And it were a luxury, it were!

I've seen yellowbeard. It's a great film but not Monty Python. I think peter Cook wrote it.

Didn't she become the mayor of Aberystwyth ?

I recall a documentary about the film being shown in Aber Fir the first time because the original release was banned for many years

She did indeed and the film was only shown here for the first a few years ago. Michael Palin came to the screening

Yes, bits of it but it didn't leave a lasting impression like the other 2 ( didn't really like the holy grail either)
