Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
It is not the same as Steak and BJ day or anything about being a real man.
It is your day of empowerment, to discuss and address the issues of being a man.
All those complaints about women having a day or black history month or even Pride - this is your equivalent.
Or as a male political blogger put it, also known as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Today is YOUR DAY! I do these threads for the other days so I am being absolutely equal opps here.
Your concerns, joys, issues, moans - it is your day.  |

Can all you bloody women please leave the loo seat up after you've used it - it'll stop you whinging about us guys weeing on it and prevent RSI in the incontinent!

I can see this being a very short conversation over the dinner table. I'll give him a couple of minutes before I tell him to shut up, we can't hear the news.

No probs, as long as I get a 17.01 - 8.59 shagg!! Oh and I dont sit...I hover so the seat is always up, a lot more hygienic and great for my thigh muscles |

I forgo to say that the theme this year is keeping men and boys safe. It is also an overall aim to improve gender relations and equality.
The blurb goes on "the ability to sacrifice your needs on behalf of others is fundamental to manhood, as is honour. Manhood rites of passage the world over recognise the importance of sacrifice in the development of manhood."
Translated for Obi, I think that means you need to leave the loo seat down. |
