If you get the right size they help to maintain a firmer erection by slowing the blood flow back out of the penis. You can also buy some that vibrate and have stimulators to enhance the sensations for yourself and partner.
A word of warning though, its not advisable to use one that is overly tight at all or even a properly fitting one for more than around 20 minutes. |

We sometimes use one, sometimes not. G doens't need any help getting a firmer erection But it DOES feel better for him. So while it doesn't do a lot really aside from make the veins pop a bit more, it does feel a little nicer for him sometimes.
I can't fit the end of him in my mouth either way without trying hard haha! C x |
