I woke up feeling poorly for the third time this autumn...is it me or do there seem to be a lot of bugs about?

Yes same here, but I teach and there tends to be a lot of germs going around colleges

Think theres a lot of it about.. ive been sick a few times after a coughing episode. Only in the mornings though. Hope it buggers off

yes I have 2 teen age kids and I work in the community as a carer but everyone seems to be coughing and sniffling and I seem to have caught them all
