Morning all!
I do not have an eBay account and got my friend to order a item for me on eBay.
The item is faulty but it's over the required days of return.
Am I fighting a losing battle?? |

Is it a tent? Or some kind of sex swing/kinky restraint device - or just a lap dancing pole? |

Depends if it is a company on there or not. If it is a company they will have there vat number on there account that you will be able to find. If they are a company then you have a right to a replacement or refund but may have to pay for the return postage. A lot of company's try to get away with all sorts on eBay but you have the same rights as buying it off a company's website. |

You can still open an "item as not described" case on eBay if you are not over 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If you are over this period and under 45 days a PayPal dispute is your best shot. Usually item as not described cases are always in favor of the buyer.
If you are over 45 days and if the seller is a business you can still claim your money back under consumers goods act.
Please contact the seller first by email explaining the item is not working. Most seller will get the items replaced without hassle |

DSR (distance sellers regulations) which is up to 3 months I believe. The laws are a bit silly but as long as you don't abuse them they are a very good thing. |

So kept it folded in half up right... Went to a pamper party to do spray tans and another therapist was there who knows how to fold them... She tried and it would not fold back up and bent out of shape. My friend has contacted them.. But coming back asking for photos and now asking if poles are meant! |
