I may or may not have enough milk to last until I leave the house tomorrow.

Do I risk not going to the shop or should I go to be on the safe side?

If you need it for a drink only, ration it...

If you need it for cereals and drink, nip to the shop and get a bar of chocolate at the same time

Coffee is the gasoline of life for me, so I'd not risk running out of milk, even though I can drink black coffee I do prefer it with milk.

Be brave, face the chill and go get some milk. xx
