I've been for my run this morning (burnt 1100 calories !); shortly of to the diy store for paints for my daughter's bedroom and also the lounge; then it's the beach this pm and a lazy walk with the family and dog, before a pub carvery.

What's everyone else up to ?

Then to town for Christmas lights and hot chocolate
