Following on from a previous thread...
If you met someone nothing like their profile...
How would you turn them down without being insensitive or hurtful? |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
The truthful answer is that I make my excuses and leave and then follow it up with a written message saying they are not for me.
More often than not though I find something I like about them and work with that but it doesn't mean it becomes sexual. Well, not every time.
I would like to say that I have the right words to hand face to face but if I am not sure how someone will respond then I thank them for their time and leave. |

Nothing like them? I wouldn't recognise them then and would probably get labelled a timewaster and a no show as I'd be too busy strolling round looking for the person I was expecting!! |

"Last time it happened I said something like 'I won't be coming home with you but would you like another drink?' He took it pretty well."
I'dve suggested a shag behind the bins in the alley |

"I have socials first so makes it easier, I would have a drink and chat then let them know it wouldn't go any further.
This!
I agree xx"
Just because I don't fancy them doesn't mean we can't chat and have a drink together
One of my best dates was with a man I didn't fancy in the flesh, ended up joining in with the pub quiz and leaving at closing |
