If you have problems with your mobile 3g signal, how do you go about complaining to the mobile company. Im 8 months into a 24 contract with them, and the 3g signal has been getting worse and worse. I know it's not my phone, as i know of a few people who live very near me on the same network who experience rubbish 3g signal.

That's appalling when they are rolling out 4g and asking you to revert to 2g ...what happened to the future being bright ?

You're lucky you can get 3G, you're obviously not with Vodafone!!

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I rang up the network provider and they said there's nothing wrong with their service so to get my SIM card replaced. So I did, and it made no difference. Next step is to send the phone in to get fixed but I suspect that will involve some money being paid, so I just don't bother using my 3G.

If you check the network coverage for your area before buying and it was ok complain. If you get no where it would appear that their network is " not fit for purpose " and as such contract is not workable. Or contract offcom
