If you have problems with your mobile 3g signal, how do you go about complaining to the mobile company. Im 8 months into a 24 contract with them, and the 3g signal has been getting worse and worse. I know it's not my phone, as i know of a few people who live very near me on the same network who experience rubbish 3g signal. |

"I have this problem with Orange, but then where I am everyone has this problem. I rang up, complained, got told to try using 2g ands 20£ compensation"
That's appalling when they are rolling out 4g and asking you to revert to 2g ...what happened to the future being bright ? |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
I rang up the network provider and they said there's nothing wrong with their service so to get my SIM card replaced. So I did, and it made no difference. Next step is to send the phone in to get fixed but I suspect that will involve some money being paid, so I just don't bother using my 3G. |

If you check the network coverage for your area before buying and it was ok complain. If you get no where it would appear that their network is " not fit for purpose " and as such contract is not workable. Or contract offcom |
