"Why don't you like her?"
She has a different view on teamwork than what i do, i like to be time effective and get jobs done in half the time but still to a high standard whereas she sees team work as you have to be joined at the hip to get a job done which means other bits dont get done. My thing is if you start a job you should finish it not someone else and she doesnt seem to get that.
Other thing is when it comes to personal care if she can pass it on to the other member of staff who is working with her she will, she has already done it twice tonight and i know when it gets to morning it will be the same  |

That is true enough, just pointing out fact she is a care assistant so part of the job is personal care, fair enough its not the most pleasant side of the job but everyone should do there fair bit in helping out, just because she has the senior keys she thinks she can get away with passing on the more unpleasant jobs to me and keep the better ones for herself eg i started mopping the floors and she was assisting a resident to bed now this resi isnt most pleasant of smelling but thats just how she is. My point is if you start assisting someone you should finish, otherwise you confuse that person and it makes them wonder whats wrong with them if all of a sudden youve walked off and another carer has taken over its not good for that persons emotional state. Could make them feel paranoid and cause them to get depressed and withdrawn so for her to pass the job to me when she started it is just wrong especially as shes senior she should lead by example |
