Would it not just lead to similar threads as with bbw, bbc etc etc...?
then again suppose some who deem themselves 'professional' could annotate their profiles with something like 'no fick fukkers' to contact us.. |

"If it was a memory test I'd score in the bottom percentile. I can barely remember what I had for dinner What is your long term memory like?"
I can't remember people I went to school with or any events that weren't happy or captured in a photograph. I've forgotten a lot of general knowledge so I refuse to play trivial pursuit any more |

"I've already done an IQ test so knowing the answer I would put it on here lol!So obviously didn't do badly then? "
I scored 141, which is pretty good, not Einstein or anything like that but pleased with the result nevertheless! |

I have a high IQ but not sure how it would help on here. Knowing what shape follows what in a sequence, or knowing which number is next is not going to get me a good hard shag, is it? |

Having your IQ on profile will help the women to filter single blokes, mind you anyone with 2 brain cells would already have the women looking for a professional cock blocked already |

i would be tempted to take it even if only to find out what my IQ score was... as long as it is higher than I can hit a round of golf in (between 95-100) i'd be happy....
as long as i get to decide to show it or not..... |

Is it only me people think its strange people are happy to plaster body parts all over their profile hey shy away from IQ test results?
Personally I would have no problem doing it although It wouldn’t make a difference to who I would choose to meet or not I can pretty much work out who are intelligent people without it. And just to add being bright or having a high IQ doesn't make you a nice person.

"If there was an optional test to tell you your IQ and it then went up on your profile, would you take it? Would you take notice of others on their profiles? Or is it a load of tosh? "
I know load of people with very high IQ's but they all lack common sense, they're always reading too much into the situation. So I don't really rate it |

Lack of common sense isn't limited to the stupid or bright the difference is that someone with a high IQ can work it out. |

"also aren't IQ tests flawed due to peoples varying cultural experiences?"
Cultural differences making them flawed? Well that’s old hat for nearly 30 years its been possible to conduct culture free IQ tests which test general intellectual ability in a valid unbiased way based on the individual not on society or culture. I thought everyone knew that! |

If we are being pedantic Mbti is more accurate as it highlights peoples intrinsic values and differentiates them from learned characteristics (cultural and experiential). Probably more useful for fab shenanigans

Yes, I'd take it and post the results. I'd be interested in other people's results but they wouldn't necessarily influence whether I wanted to meet someone or not.
I find intelligence to be a turn on but it's not enough on it's own, and it's possible to be fabulously fun company and well able to communicate without being Mensa material. |

I find it a good indicator rather than nailed on. It appears my offer came too late in the day and i bow to forum peer pressure
Ok then, the answers are revealed in a 4 letter string that act as DNA building blocks. It's also great for self evaluation. For example i am ENTP
Quick, ingenious, stimulating, alert, and outspoken. Resourceful in solving new and challenging problems. Adept at generating conceptual possibilities and then analyzing them strategically. Good at reading other people. Bored by routine, will seldom do the same thing the same way, apt to turn to one new interest after another.

Scores on the doors :
IQ tests : 62
Mbti : 1"

MBTI is a personality test often used by managers in business, or on MBA courses to try and understand different types of character traits. This is NOT the same as IQ.
Also most tests, of any sort, tend to have their own inherent flaws. Non are perfect. However over time the flaws tend to be smoothed out making them less so.
I know my own IQ but I'm not sure how useful knowing it would be on a swinging site. However having said that it can add to the friendship side of things where stimulating and challenging conversations may be desired. Also if you're a member of Mensa then there's a whole social side, outside of swinging, to be enjoyed. |

You're unlikely to get an accurate test on the internet so it'd be slightly pointless. Also I don't think it should really be factored in as a measure of someones worth, especially since this is a swingers site, not a dating site, but that's just my opinion. I only have it mentioned in my profile because it's a good conversation starter on dating sites that's all (my profile here I copied and pasted)
If I saw someones IQ on there profile I wouldn't really care because it in no way reflects them as a person |

You are quite correct the suggestion of an mbti assessment was an alternative proposal which people may find more useful on a swinging site against an arbitrary representation of intelligence.
Mbti is also better at assessing peoples emotional intelligence (a great reference point being Daniel Goleman) which i would imagine is quite relevant to site members.
As with most personality tools (psychometrics etc) they have been butchered for recruitment profiling with a horrible over reliance on data that can be interpreted in different ways depending on viewpoints and pre conceptions.
If you don't understand what you are asking then you can't rely on the answer. |

We all started as cave men who could run, jump, fight, stay alive through the coldest winters and protect their family at all cost to keep them alive !. Now days the "inteligent" people know how to make a pc work but couldnt start a fire without a box of matches or run to someones aid , iq tests are far from acurate when it comes to doing things in the real world xx |

This MBTI sounds like the McQuaig test I had to take when I interviewed for my job 6 years ago and to be honest, some of it sounds nothing like me at all so I think personally, if it gets one a job, one would say what they wanted the employer to hear and what they think is important to them and therefore not a true reflection of that person |

It's a load of tosh. IQ tests only prove whether people are good at IQ tests and nothing else. |
