It's dam annoying indeed.
It's one of my personal pet hates in receiving/reading messages/posts.
Another is the excessive us of !!!! at the end of every sentence
we do understand what is being typed so these people don't have to make a statement of putting !!!!!! at the end of everything.  |

"Writing in caps has long been recognised as the screen form of shouting so yes, if someone messaged me in caps I'd feel like I was being shouted at and would probably say so."
