Shredded, braised, then add lardons, wine, & a little cream & fresh black pepper
Bliss...
And they (like cabbage) only make you fart if you overcook 'em...
And yes, you can pm me for any cooking questions!! Lol.....

Don't underestimate the much belied sprout. Lovely gently steamed. But also great in stir-fries and curries, etc.
But best of all fried in the wok with root ginger. Simple and very delicious. |

Always room on my plate for some tasty sprouts. Always liked them.
Protip:
Also, they're GREAT on a catapault in the school dining room when they're firmish. When they're perfect, you get a good splattery mess: impact ratio.
Also excellent ammunition for unwanted guests, armchair dictators and stamping out unacceptable comments, but this only works until.you grow up, unfortunately. |

Love them! Like cabbage, if you don't over cook them you won't stink afterwards.
I cook them with lardons and chestnuts on Christmas Day along with red onion marmalade.
I use them shredded in stir fries after Christmas, after all, sprouts aren't just for Christmas! |

Hate them, and every year since I was a child I've been made to eat 2. This year, me and grizzly are doing our own and there will be no sprouts crossing my threshold. Unless they're for the bunnies |
