...holy shit!! I had a leg workout yesterday, and from all the squatting..my arse really hurts today!

I can't even walk. Think today i can relate to women when they said 'i can't walk today'.

I did mine yesterday and i was thinking to myself 'how come i can manage to walk properly today', so i was a bit upset. But today - cor blimey, i can't even put my socks on.

...and i need to go gym later on today and have some more training.

Did you stretch properly after training??

If so all I can suggest is a contrast shower(30secs as hot as you can take/10 as cold as you can take x 8) My guy squats heavy 3 x week and swears by them.

I found the Ultimate (for me) work out for my thighs last week.. I rode lee facing away while playing with other guys.. only a short time.. and I've never had such an instant bum lift lol..

It only stopped aching yesterday...lol

So I will stop doing squats and do our fuck yourself fit stuff lol

...and my bloody shower stopped working today as well. It doesn't come on. So, will have to use the gym shower.

Pop a light cycle for about 5 mins after a heavy leg workout normally helps! Try it next time!

arnt you supposed to enjoy doing all this?

really annoys me when i used to go to the gym and it was all 'do this that day, and then do something else this day' its all bullshit anyway.

I love it. And I do enjoy it - just love that pain. That's the only active thing I do really..i'm not really a sporty person. Something is better than nothing.
