Work until 3ish, then I will be out on the push iron getting in some exercise weather permitting, otherwise it will be getting my rollers out and riding in Home |

Would you like my day in detail?
...after i finally decide to get up from bed. I will brush my teeth and wash my face. Then i may pop back in to bed for a bit because all that is too tiring.
Then, i may chop some bananas whilst i make my porridge and warm up the milk. Will have to decide what i wear in due course. May go in to the business if needed.
Suppose that would take me the whole morning lol. Lunch time - will try and sort out a meal. Hopefully some grilled chicken and brown rice mmmm
May pop down to Iceland for a spot of window shopping on any bargains before i get ready for my Insanity training. After that, off to the gym for some more..then, shower, eat and go out for the night.
Lastly, try and sleep..which i never can. Whilst throughout the day will be browsing the forums and see if anyone sends me an inbox (a rareity that lol).
Oh, and morning you lot. Have a fab day (think i slept well today ) |

Teaching all day then shopping then might get to put my feet up while the other half cooks! Such an exciting day (she lied).

Yes
It looks like it hasn't left any permanent damage. My right side face bit collapsed at mo but feeling is coming back in2 it. Gotta shakey right hand but hoping that will stop. Been given some new tablets- that now makes 11 a day oi yoi yoi. Thanx folks who enquired n sent best wishes. I'll be taking it easy rest of day n floating around on here. Hehehe |
