Just heard someone's voicemail message that they use for work and got me wondering - Do you use yours? And if you do, do you have a funny, standard, or boring 'work mode' message that greets people?
Mine is currently off (I think!) and would be the standard network message they have   |

"Mine says Hello, waits a few seconds then goes into the 'leave a message' spiel. Catches most folk out. "
lol, I had one years ago which made out I couldn't hear them then said "For god's sake, just leave me a message"   |

I have a bit of a phobia about voicemails. For years my mobiles didn't even have the option, just said the phone was switched off and try again later' or just try again later. No one left me voicemail, friends and family knew they couldn't (and because my phone is on silent all the time just text me anyway) so now when I get them its people trying to sell double glazing/ppi claim back/upgrade something I don't have or don't need...the last people in world the want here messages from! |
