Not sure a slow cooker is the best way to cook them. Might be wrong tho. I would do them on a covered bbq with some wood chips

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Ribs cook quicker as the bone conducts the heat. In the slow cooker the meat will fall off the bone so put whatever flavours you want and like.

lol I'm sure you know but anyway. You put them on the coals and it gives the ribs a nice Smokey flavour

I always cook mine in the oven on a tray and cover with a sauce.

You can mix anything up really if you dont like BBQ sauce then start with a little tomato passata, brown sugar, garic and ginger and then add spices you like to it.

Coat both sides of the ribs and stand for a while if you have time and then roast on a tin for about 30 mins depending on the size of the ribs.

Hope this helps.

IMHO, ribs of beef make the best roast, and I prefer mine rare.

Gas mark 4 30 mins for a rack of ribs. I did some last night. Covered pot. Centre of the oven. Maple honey glaze, but the butcher had put that on already, so can't help with what you might like.

Hope they taste nice")

The really don't slow cock them. Roast and have with all the roast trimmings. Rib of Beef is fabulous.
