Often thought about going to a club. Though not to play to just look see what its all about. Would this piss people off if we said thanks but no thanks. |

No it's perfectly normal ....if it's a new environment for you to be in its only natural to be observing what's going on around you and if you feel comfortable then play with whoever takes your fancy ....no pressure whatsoever ... |

Go for it. I've never been anywhere where there is pressure to play. Some even have social nights which may be if interest as a first time.
I was so nervous the first time we went anywhere, but those nerves soon disappear. I guess it will depend on the type of club you go to, but some are just like nightclubs and no one would bat an eye if you didn't play. |

Try the Lodge on Wednesday evenings as I think that is strictly a social and no play, check out their website or post a comment on the clubs forum and ask the question |
