companies with no customer service phone nunber

This is starting to bug me now. I've been promised a refund from a company but it's not come through yet. I have emailed the vendor and they refunded their part bit the rest Hasbro come from the deal site I bought the item off.
Just tried to find their phone number to ring them and there isn't one. Thought I'd try and email them but they have pre set contact reasons and bone of them fit my enquiry and when I choose one of the options it does nothing.

One of the things the consumer advice people suggest is avoiding companies without a phone number of address on their website.
If anyone struggles to contact a firm, their registered office details should be available via Companies House - recorded delivery or similar is best. |
